Representatives will play an integral role in developing our clients’ careers by driving visibility, building communities, and creating culturally relevant moments both online and offline.
The ideal candidate is a tastemaker deeply embedded in their local scene, with strong connections across music, fashion, nightlife, and digital culture.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Active presence and influence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Familiarity with emerging platforms and community spaces such as Discord and X
- Use of social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later
- Ability to identify trends, emerging artists, and cultural moments in real time
- Build and maintain relationships with tastemakers, influencers, DJs, creatives, retail stores, and venue owners
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives including event activations, street marketing, and influencer seeding
- Create and share engaging content that aligns with artist branding and campaign rollouts
- Provide consistent feedback, reporting, and insights from your market (what’s trending, what’s working, what’s next)
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns
- Ability to organize and promote local events, listening sessions, and pop-ups
- Experience using content creation tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus
- Self-motivated, well-connected, and highly organized with strong communication skills

Photographers:
DLH Media Group is currently seeking photographers to capture live concerts, promotional photoshoots, and portraits of talent for editorial use, brand campaigns, and direct artist distribution.
Requirements:
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Experience with advanced color grading and retouching tools like Capture One
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools such as Adobe Firefly for enhanced workflows and content creation
- Ability to manage and deliver assets using cloud platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive
- Strong understanding of shooting in dynamic lighting environments (concerts, nightlife, backstage, outdoor festivals)
- Skilled in using natural and available light, as well as adapting quickly in low-light conditions
- Deep knowledge of camera systems (Sony, Canon, Nikon preferred), lenses, and gear selection for various environments
- Ability to shoot in manual mode with a full understanding of exposure, ISO, shutter speed, and aperture
- Capture high-quality images optimized for media outlets, press kits, and social platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Edit, organize, and deliver images with quick turnaround times for live and post-event coverage
- Experience shooting portraits, lifestyle content, and candid moments that align with artist branding
- Collaborate with creative directors, talent, and marketing teams to execute visual concepts
- Ability to assist on set when needed (lighting setups, creative direction, styling input)

Requirements:
- Proficient in industry-leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong knowledge of color grading and post-production workflows using tools like DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration and file management platforms such as Frame.io or Dropbox
- Ability to shoot with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED preferred) and provide your own gear
- Capture high-quality video content in fast-paced environments (festivals, concerts, nightlife, brand activations)
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Organize, edit, and deliver footage quickly for real-time and post-event coverage
- Ability to create trailers, recap videos, and promotional content with quick turnaround times
